Shipping policy

Delivery times:

All Cara Saven Décor products are made to order, and therefore the expected delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic deliveries (South Africa): 7-8 working days

For larger website orders (more than 4 tablecloths and 4 sets of napkins), please allow up to 10 working days for production, instead of our usual 7–8 days. 

• International deliveries: TBC

You will receive a notification when your order has been received, and another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping rates:

Shipping rates in South Africa remain at an all-time high and therefore they are charged in addition to your purchase.

Rates are calculated by province, which you will see on your checkout will be as follows:

• Gauteng, KZN, Western Cape and Eastern Cape flat rate: R150 for orders under R2200

• Northern Cape, North West, Free State, Limpopo and Mpumalanga flat rate: R350.00

• International rate: Calculated at checkout
